Jeff has cleaned our carpets for years. He has always done an outstanding job, is professional and makes sure you are happy when he is done.  We have pets and he always gets the tough stains out not only the carpet, but the couches and chairs I have had him clean.

Called Jeff on a Sunday and he was able to be at my house on Monday afternoon! Great price for the quality of work. He also is very personable and will answer any questions you have, very knowledgeable! My couch looks brand new, to the point I'm going to have him clean one that was "clean" to match it lol. Jeff at Advanced Caroet Cleaning came in clutch and saved us from a major toilet incident in our apartment complex that involved 3” of water and 2 additional units!  He stayed with the process from the time he showed up to the last bit of carpet drying.  His prices were affordable and the work was fantastic!

Jeff was very prompt at responding to my call for an estimate.  He scheduled a time to look at the job and was on time and explained everything that he could do for us. We have a light color carpet with high traffic areas and we were worried that we would have to replace it. Jeff came in on time and cleaned our carpets and took extra time to make sure that he was satisfied with his work,  he even returned the following day to make sure we were satisfied.
